Mao’s Last Dancer

Year 8

Task:

To develop an understanding of the significant relationships in Mao’s Last Dancer and assess how these relationships shaped aspects of Li’s identity.

Lesson Plan

 

Outcome:

Students are to find quotes from the novel that relate to the significant relationship they are investigating. Students will then identify what aspects of li’s identity are evident in that quote and write a short paragraph examining this.
